Refund Policy



Our Policy lasts 14 days. You can return ordered goods or services within 14 days since your purchase. After then, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 The right to cancel does not apply to the following kind of contracts:

  • Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized
  • Contracts for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Contracts for the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Contracts for the supply of sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software which was unsealed after delivery.
  • Contracts for the supply of a newspaper, periodical or magazine with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

 Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

- Book with obvious signs of use

- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery


What time do I have to wait to receive refund?

  Usually it takes at least 10-15 working days from sending the product(s) back to us to receive your refund. The time needed depends on your bank / billing society to process the refund payment.


Customers’ from the EU Cancellation rights 

  EU customers are granted 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel the purchase. When you return the goods within this period, you will a full refund of the price paid for the product in accordance with this Returns  Policy. Please notice, that the period is counted in working days, where weekends, national or public holidays in the EU, or other bank days are not included. 

 To exercise your right to cancel a contract, you must contact us within 14 days from the date you received your order. You will need to state that you have returned your items and wish to cancel the contract, giving details of the product(s) ordered. You must inform us in writing per post to YellowSkinz Ltd, 16, Vassil Levski str., office 207, 8000 Bourgas, Bulgaria/EU, or via our Contact us web form (please choose the topic RETURNS – I wish to cancel my contract). The product(s) must be returned to us by post (as described above). It is not possible to return goods to our stores if you wish to cancel your contract.

 You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) while it is in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

When you return a product to us because you have cancelled the contract between us within the '14 working days' cooling off period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and in any case; within 31 working days of the day you have sent the product(s) back to us.

 In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us as well for the costs to receive your order.


Refunds (if applicable)

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

Please, don't forget to write on a paper inside the package what you exactly need or what the problem was with your transaction and how may we help you.  

 Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately “sale” items cannot be refunded.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Please, explain in written on the original receipt (invoice) why do you cancel the contract and returning the product(s) and what you require from us – to pay you back the price or to purchase instead another product of your choice. This information is helpful and needed to cover your expectations and rights to receive our best service.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time to receive your exchanged product, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 10 (EUR) you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
